- Calls, texts and emails you exchange with us, including call recordings or transcripts where you're told about them at the start of the call.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule and hold your strategy call, and follow up by phone, text message and email about that request.
- To decide whether our services are a good fit for your business.
- To understand which pages and advertising bring visitors and inquiries, and to improve our website and campaigns.

We only send you marketing messages if you've given us consent to do so. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| HighLevel (LeadConnector) | CRM, calendar, text messages and email follow-up |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, security and the form connection |
| Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Maps) | Website analytics, advertising measurement and the office map |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Advertising measurement |
| Microsoft 365 | Business email and calendar |
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measurement tags. They use cookies and similar technologies to count visits and to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. The office map on our homepage is provided by Google Maps and loads from Google only when you choose to open it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and of personalized ads through Google and Meta ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and for up to 2 years after our last contact if you don't become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax purposes (generally 7 years). We then delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limiting access to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent (which may limit how we can help you). Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
